You need to adapt to change! And we all have the ability to adapt. For example, we start out in kindergarten, then elementary school, to middle school, to high school, to college, and finally work. All the while adpting along the way.
Adapting:
Many years ago I heard this principle "he who doesn't adapt, doesn't survive". This principle can be applied to any area of your life. If you don't adapt to the changes that are taking place in your industry, your market place, or your business there's a good chance your business won't survive, because "he who doesn't adapt, doesn't survive".

Mind-Set:
Mind-Set is a term we use quite a lot. We say he or she has a certain mind set or a company has a certain company culture, (which is nothing more than a mind set). According to Webster's dictionary a mind set is: a mental attitude, an inclination, or a fixed state of mind. It doesn't matter which of these three definitions you prefer to use your mind sets do one of two things for you, they either work for you or they work against you. Your challenge is to make sure they work for you
