About Earl Lucas

25 years in sales and sales training has taught Earl a lot about teambuilding and has inspired him to create his unique teambuilding model Re-Set your Mind-Set.

Earl was born in London England of Jamaican parents. He moved to the U.S. in July 1979 arriving in New York with two suit cases, less than $500 in his pocket and big dreams. Starting from scratch he worked in an umbrella factory; cleaned carpets; drove cabs and limos - but his people skills and dynamic personality allowed him to excel in the sales arena.

Specializing in building and growing sales territories Earl has created presentation techniques to train and mentor new sales personnel, allowing them to improve and grow their own skills. This has been the genesis for Earl's passion for delivering his message - seeing others catching that same passion and reaping the benefits.

Along with numerous sales awards and trophies Earl has also achieved best speaker at Toast Masters and is comfortable speaking to diverse audiences including corporate settings, schools and churches.

Earl lives in the San Fernando Valley, a suburb of Los Angeles with his wife and teenage daughter.

Earl's mission is to inspire organizations to establish a vibrant team environment that is creative, effective, efficient and productive.
